轮胎用橡胶材料摩擦性能研究进展

摘要 重点阐述了轮胎用橡胶摩擦理论在近年来的一些研究进展,简要介绍了橡胶摩擦学理论方面的一些基础研究成果,同时分磨面特征及环境、动态参数、橡胶配方及轮胎结构几个方面介绍了轮胎用橡胶摩擦性能的影响因素。列举了关于轮胎摩擦的常见宏观唯象模型及微观解析模型,分析了摩擦模型研究的进展和不足,展望了轮胎用橡胶材料的摩擦性能在未来的研究方向。 This paper introduced some basic research results of the theory of rubber tribology, and expounds the recent progress of the theory of rubber friction for tires.At the same time, the influencing factors and mechanism of friction performance of tire rubber were introduced and analyzed from the aspects of grinding surface characteristics and environment, dynamic parameters, rubber formula and tire structure.The common tire friction models were listed and the future research directions of tire rubber friction properties were prospected.
