低溶出抗黏附PVC材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 利用三亚乙基四胺(TETA)对聚氯乙烯(PVC)表面进行胺化处理,利用聚乙二醇(PEG)和环氧氯丙烷(ECH)合成聚乙二醇缩水甘油醚(DGEG),将DGEG接枝于胺化PVC,制备亲水改性PVC-DGEG,分析PVC-DGEG的拉伸性能、光学性能、接触角、溶出性能、抗黏附性能。结果表明:当TETA浓度为50%,PVC-NH_(2)具有最佳的外观和胺化效果。当n(PEG)∶n(ECH)=1∶5,DGEG具有最佳的产率和环氧值。与PVC相比,PVC-DGEG的拉伸性能和光学性能没有明显变化,其接触角由97.4°降至57.8°,亲水性能得到改善,紫外吸光度由0.18降至0.05,增塑剂等助剂析出量减少,具有较好的低溶出性。与PVC相比,PVC-DGEG具有优异的抗蛋白质黏附和抗血小板黏附性能。 The surface of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)was amined by triethylenetetramine(TETA),polyethylene glycol glycidyl ether(DGEG)was synthesized by polyethylene glycol(PEG).Epichlorohydrin(ECH),and DGEG was grafted on aminated PVC to prepare hydrophilic modified PVC-DGEG.The tensile properties,optical properties,contact angle,dissolution properties and anti-adhesion properties of PVC-DGEG were analyzed.The results show that when the TETA concentration is 50%,PVC-NH_(2)has the best appearance and amination effect.When n(PEG)∶n(ECH)=1∶5,DGEG has the best yield and epoxy value.Compared with PVC,the tensile properties and optical properties of PVC-DGEG do not change significantly,the contact angle of PVC-DGEG is reduced from 97.4°to 57.8°,the hydrophilic properties are significantly improved,the UV absorbance is decreased from 0.18 to 0.05,the precipitation amount of plasticizers and other additives is significantly reduced,and it has good low dissolution properties.Compared with PVC,PVC-DGEG has excellent anti-protein adhesion and anti-platelet adhesion properties.
