摘要
铁死亡(ferroptosis)是一种新型的程序性细胞死亡形式,其特征是细胞内铁积累和脂质过氧化。铁、氨基酸和脂质的代谢以及多种信号通路参与调节铁死亡的过程。最近的研究发现,铁死亡与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的发生和发展密切相关。本文就铁死亡的主要调控机制及其与COPD的研究进展进行综述。
Ferroptosis is a novel form of programmed cell death characterized by intracellular iron accumulation and lipid peroxidation. The metabolism of iron, amino acids and lipids acids as well as multiple signaling pathways are involved in regulating the process of iron death. Recent studies have found that ferroptosis is strongly associated with the onset and progression of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). This article reviews the major regulatory mechanisms of ferroptosis and its research progress related to COPD.
