随着时间的推移,我们国家城市老旧住宅数量不断提高,当今社会对维修资金进行房屋维修的普及度和关注度也在不断提高。如何保障我们国家住宅专项维修资金使用,促进其当前社会效用最大化,是专项维修资金管理中一大难题。要想达到良好管理与使用效果,还应当需要进一步论证我们国家住宅专项维修资金在可用性和管理方面的问题,以及参照具体情况进行制度改革等多个方向。专项维修资金使用主要借鉴现有经验和我们国家的国情。以下内容提出商品房住宅专项维修资金管理与采取优化措施,以此来为我国住宅专项维修资金管理发展提供保障。
