当前,为了解决全球气候变化、能源资源短缺和生态环境恶化等问题,我们提出了“低碳循环”理念,强调节约能源和环境保护,大力发展循环经济,建设低碳生态城市,推广低碳绿色建材。目前,绿色建筑已经逐步被人们所认同,文章从建筑工程的发展状况、绿色建筑的施工组织、管理等方面进行了探讨,以期促进建筑业的可持续发展和保护生态。

At present,in order to solve the problems of global climate change,shortage of energy resources and deterioration of ecological environment,we have put forward the concept of"low carbon cycle",emphasizing energy conservation and environmental protection,vigorously developing circular economy,building low carbon ecological cities,and promoting low carbon green building materials.At present,green buildings have been gradually recognized by people.The article discusses the development status of construction engineering,construction organization and management of green buildings in order to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry and protect the ecology.
