基于Web of Science数据库来源的创伤与肠道菌群相关研究的范围综述 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析创伤与肠道菌群相关研究现状,揭示存在的问题,为未来该领域的研究提供方向。方法在Web of Science数据库中,以“Wound*”“Injur*”“Trauma*”“Gut microbio*”“Gut flor*”“Intestinal microbial population*”“Intestinal microecology*”“Enteric microorganism*”“Gut microecology*”和“Intestinal microorganism*”为检索词,检索2001年1月1日至2021年8月30日相关研究文献,对纳入文献进行汇总和分析。结果纳入47篇SCI文献,其分布呈逐年上升趋势;47篇文献分布在34种期刊,其中Journal of TraumaInjury Infection and Critical Care和PLoS One以发文量各4篇(各占8.5%)同居于首位。结论创伤与肠道菌群领域研究数量增加,但总量较少、覆盖面仍旧不足、研究深度欠佳,研究方法有待完善。从创伤与肠道菌群领域研究趋势来说,还有很大的探索空间。今后应当通过扩大样本量,纳入更多类型的创伤患者,应用肠道菌群宏基因组等多组学分析手段,明确各类创伤相关肠道菌群结构和功能特征等,更加精准、科学地推动该领域深入发展,为临床提供更多高质量证据和诊疗方案。 Objective To analyze the current status of research on trauma and intestinal flora,reveal the existing problems,and provide directions for future research in this field.Methods In the Web of Science database,with"Wound*","Injur*","Trauma*","Gut microbio*","Gut flor*","Intestinal microbial population*","Intestinal microecology*","Enteric microorganism*","Gut microecology*"and"Intestinal microorganism*"as the search terms,relevant research literatures from 2001-01-01 to 2021-08-30 were retrieved,and the included literatures were summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 47 SCI articles were included,and their distribution showed an upward trend year by year.47 articles were distributed in 34 journals,among which,Journal of Trauma-Injury Infection and Critical Care and PLoS One tied for first place,each published 4 articles(8.5%).Conclusion The number of studies in the field of trauma and intestinal flora has increased,but the total number is small,and the coverage is still insufficient;the depth of research is not satisfactory,and the research methods need to be improved.In terms of research trends in this field,there is still much room for exploration.In the future,we should expand the sample size to include more types of trauma patients,and apply multi-omics analysis methods such as intestinal flora metagenomics to clarify the structure and functional characteristics of various traumarelated intestinal flora,and promote more precise and scientific progress as well as in-depth development in this field to provide more high-quality evidences and diagnoses and treatment plans for clinical practice.
