我院临床药学部开展儿童安全用药科普实践与思考

Practice and Thinking on Popularization of Children’s Safe Medication Science in the Department of Clinical Pharmacology of Our Hospital

目的:探讨促进儿童合理用药的新渠道,为公立医院药学部利用微信公众平台开展儿童医药科普的创作与传播提供参考。方法:与中国健康促进基金会医药知识管理(MKM)专项基金合作开展“儿童安全用药科普”项目进行视频创作,利用安徽医院首家临床药学部“安徽儿童用药咨询”微信公众平台进行科普传播宣教活动。结果:2020年3月24日至9月16日,3个专题16篇图文视频科普阅读总人数11156人,通过阅读科普后关注98人,阅读14590次,分享1048次,视频播放2353次。阅读次数与分享次数呈正相关(r=0.901,P<0.05),81.1%的科普阅读量归因于分享次数。结论:与MKM合作,利用微信公众平台开展医药科普活动,发挥儿科药师丰富的专业知识,可进一步拓展药学服务范围,提高药学服务水平,体现药师职业价值。

Objective:To explore novel channels of promoting children’s rational medication,and to provide references for the creation and dissemination of children’s medicine science by the WeChat Official Platform for the department of pharmacy in public hospitals.Methods:Cooperated with the Medical Knowledge Management(MKM)Special Fund of China Health Promotion Foundation,we carried out the“Children’s Safe Medication Science Popularization”project for video creation,and applied the WeChat Official Platform of Anhui hospital’s first clinical pharmacy department,“Anhui Children’s Medication Consultation”,to conduct science popularization,dissemination,and education activities.Results:From March 24,2020 to September 16,2020,a total of 11,156 people read 16 articles,pictures,and videos on three topics,and 98 people followed the account after reading the popular science articles.They read 14,590 times,shared 1,048 times,and played videos for 2,353 times.The times of reading was positively correlated with the number of sharing(r=0.901,P<0.05),and 81.1%of popular science reading was attributed to the times of sharing.Conclusion:Cooperated with MKM,using the WeChat Official Platform to carry out medical science popularization activities and give full play to the rich professional knowledge of pediatric pharmacists can further expand the scope of pharmaceutical care,improve the level of pharmaceutical care,and highlight the professional value of pharmacists.
