推动各民族共同走向社会主义现代化的中国道路

To Promote Common Development of All Ethnic Groups Towards Socialist Modernization

习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中提出以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴,也在2021年中央民族工作会议上指出要推动各民族共同走向社会主义现代化。我国的现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化,是物质文明和精神文明相协调的现代化。没有各民族共同团结奋斗就难以实现社会主义现代化,没有各民族共同繁荣发展也不是社会主义现代化。因此,推动各民族共同走向社会主义现代化,要针对存在的难点问题精准施策。推动各民族共同走向社会主义现代化作为新时代民族工作的重要战略任务,为实现国家富强、民族复兴、全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供根本保障。从党的民族工作百年奋斗历程来看,各民族共同走向社会主义现代化的发展可划分为四个时期:新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期、中国特色社会主义新时代。这四个时期是中国共产党带领全国各族人民探索社会主义现代化的历史。本文通过梳理中国共产党带领各族人民共同走向社会主义现代化道路的历程,总结历史经验和建设成就,探索有效途径。这些经验启示对于做好新时代党的民族工作、实现民族地区高质量发展具有十分重要的指导意义,也可为世界上其他多民族的发展中国家推动现代化进程、妥善解决民族问题提供中国智慧和中国方案。

In his report during the 20th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in accordance with Chinese-style modernization,and also pointed out at the 2021 Central Conference on Ethnic Work that all ethnic groups should move towards socialist modernization together.China’s modernization is the modernization of common prosperity for all the people,and the modernization in harmony between material and spiritual civilization.Without the united struggle of all ethnic groups,it would be difficult to achieve socialist modernization.Without the common prosperity and development of all ethnic groups,it is not socialist modernization.Therefore,to promote all ethnic groups to achieve socialist modernization together,we should take targeted measures to address the existing difficult problems.As an important strategic task of ethnic work in the new era to promote all ethnic groups towards socialist modernization,it provides a fundamental guarantee for national prosperity,national rejuvenation and the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.From the perspective of the centenary struggle of the Party’s ethnic work,the common development of all ethnic groups to socialist modernization can be divided into four periods:the period of the new democratic revolution,socialist revolution and construction,reform,opening up and socialist modernization,and a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.These four periods are the history of the CPC leading the Chinese people of all ethnic groups in exploring socialist modernization.This paper reviews the process of the CPC in leading the people of all ethnic groups to the road of socialist modernization together,summarizes the historical experience and construction achievements,and explores effective ways.These experiences are of great guiding significance for the Party’s ethnic work in the new era and the high-quality development in ethnic areas.They can also provide Chinese wisdom and solutions for other multi-ethnic developing countries in the world to promote the modernization process and properly solve ethnic issues.
