摘要
以十二酸、十四酸、十六酸、十八酸和柠檬酸为原料,酰氯作为酰化剂,对柠檬酸进行间接酯化反应,探讨了酰基柠檬酸类表面活性剂的表面张力、临界胶束浓度和界面张力。结果表明,酰基柠檬酸类表面活性剂具有良好的表面活性,其中十二酰基柠檬酸表面活性剂的表面活性最优。
Citric acid was esterified indirectly with dodecanoic acid, tetradecanoic acid, hexadecanoic acid, octadecanoic acid and citric acid as main raw materials, and acyl chloride as acylation agent. Surface tension, critical micelle concentration, and interfacial tension of acyl citric acid surfactant were investigated. The results showed that acyl citric acid surfactant has good surface activity and O-dodecanoyl citric acid surfactant has the best surface activity.
