响应面法优选恩施板党硒多糖的提取工艺 被引量:1

Optimization of Extraction of Selenium Polysaccharides from Enshi Banqiao Codonopsis Pilosula Using Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以恩施板党为研究对象,优选板党硒多糖的最佳提取工艺。以板党硒多糖提取率为响应值,通过Box-Behnken中心组合法设计4因素3水平实验,探究提取温度、提取时间、乙醇体积分数、液料比4个因素对板党硒多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,在提取温度为52℃、提取时间为19 min、乙醇体积分数为87%、液料比为32 mL/g的条件下,板党硒多糖的提取率最高,达到8.12%;且在最佳提取工艺条件下,板党硒多糖中硒含量为0.444 mg/kg。该研究为提高板党的利用率和板党硒多糖的进一步开发利用提供了一定的实验依据。 In this study, using the Enshi Banqiao Codonopsis pilosula as the research object, the optimum extraction process of selenium polysaccharide from Banqiao Codonopsis pilosula was optimized.Taking the extraction rate of selenium polysaccharide of Banqiao Codonopsis pilosula as response value, an experiment with 4 factors and 3 levels through Box-Behnken central composite design was used to explore the effects of extraction temperature, extraction time, ethanol volume fraction and liquid-solid ratio on the extraction rate of selenium polysaccharide of Banqiao Codonopsis pilosula.The results are as follows: under the conditions of extraction temperature 52 ℃,extraction time 19 min, ethanol volume fraction 87%,liquid-solid ratio 32 mL/g, the extraction yield of selenium polysaccharide from Banqiao Codonopsis pilosula was the highest, reaching 8.12%.Under the optimal extraction process, the selenium content in selenium polysaccharide of Banqiao Codonopsis pilosula was 0.444 mg/kg.This study provides a certain experimental basis for improving the utilization rate and further development and utilization of selenium polysaccharide of Banqiao Codonopsis pilosula.
