基于结构光的压力容器封头尺寸测量

摘要 压力容器封头作为压力容器必不可少的密封装置,对其形状尺寸测量是特种设备检测的重点。目前常用的封头检测法基本采用全样板检测及坐标仪检测,自动化程度低,精度不高。对此本文研究一种基于结构光机器视觉检测的方法,对压力容器封头完成三维重建并计算出封头的尺寸信息。 As an essential sealing device of pressure vessel, the measurement of shape and dimension of pressure vessel head is the key object of special equipment inspection. At present, the commonly used head inspection methods are basically full sample inspection and coordinate instrument inspection, which has a low degree of automation and low accuracy. In this paper, a method based on structured light machine vision inspection is studied to complete 3D reconstruction of pressure vessel head and calculate the dimensional information of the head.
