摘要 随着新能源占比的提升,在确定电网典型运行方式时,必须考虑风-荷典型日的选取及其波动性对电力系统静态稳定裕度的评估,以保证电网稳定运行。提出一种基于风-荷典型日聚类分析的电力系统静态稳定裕度研究方法;给出了一种基于动态时间弯曲和密度冠层的改进K-means的聚类分析方法来确定风-荷的典型波动特性;采用改进二分法搜索连续潮流法,建立了考虑典型日源荷波动的电力系统静态稳定裕度指标体系,以定量评价并确定风-荷波动对系统稳定性的影响,从而为准确辨识系统薄弱点及确定运行方式提供依据。经修改后的IEEE 39节点系统验证,对比分析了不同典型日、不同风电渗透率下电网静态稳定裕度变化趋势与薄弱点,验证了所提方法的准确性和有效性。 With the increase of the proportion of new energy in the power system,when we determine the typical operation mode of the power grid,it is necessary to take the selection and volatility of typical wind-load days into consideration to evaluate the static stability margin of the power system,so as to ensure the stable operation of the power grid. In this paper,a research method of power system static stability margin based on the analysis of typical daily wind-load clustering is proposed. An improved K-means clustering analysis method based on dynamic time warping and density canopy is given to determine the typical fluctuation characteristics of wind-load. The static stability margin index system of the power system considering typical daily load fluctuation is established by using the improved dichotomy search continuation power flow method to quantitatively evaluate and determine the influence of wind-load fluctuation on system stability,so as to provide the basis for accurate identification of system weaknesses and determination of the operation mode. The modified IEEE 39-bus system verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method by comparing and analyzing the trend and weakness of static stability margin under different typical days and different wind power penetrations.
