高粱籽粒中9种黄酮类化合物的积累特性分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了探究不同亲缘关系、不同颜色的高粱籽粒在不同发育时期黄酮类化合物的差异及积累特性。以26份的高粱种质为材料,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定籽粒不同发育时期的黄酮类化合物含量,分析黄酮类化合物在不同种质间的差异和发育过程中的动态变化以及与籽粒品质和颜色间的相关性。结果表明,儿茶素、表儿茶素和芦丁表现为先升高再下降的趋势;槲皮素、芹菜素、山奈酚、异鼠李素和木犀草素呈持续上升的趋势;柚皮素呈下降的趋势。槲皮素与异鼠李素、山奈酚与芹菜素呈显著正相关,相关系数高达0.928和0.920;籽粒颜色指数Hue和L值与黄酮类化合物含量呈负相关,Chroma值与儿茶素、表儿茶素、柚皮素和木犀草素呈正相关。本研究发现不同黄酮类化合物在籽粒发育过程中动态变化趋势不同,为优质高粱种质资源鉴定、选育及高粱副产品的开发和利用提供参考。 To detect the differences and changing regulars of flavonoids in sorghum grains at different developmental stages. Twenty-six different sorghum genotypes with different seed colors were selected as the materials. The content of flavonoids in the grains was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), the differences of flavonoids content among different germplasms were analyzed. The differences of the flavonoid compounds in different germplasms, the dynamic change during growth and the correlation between seed quality and seed color were analyzed.The results indicated that catechin, epicatechin and rutin increased first and then decreased during the process of grain development;quercetin, apigenin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin and luteolin continuously increased;and naringenin decreased continuously. There was significantly positive correlation-between quercetin and isorhamnetin, kaempferol, apigenin with the correlation coefficients 0.928 and 0.920, respectively. Hue and L had a negative correlation with the content of flavonoids, and the Chroma value had a positive correlation with catechin, epicatechin, naringenin and luteolin.Different flavonoids had different dynamic trends during grain development, providing a reference for the identification and breeding of high-quality sorghum germplasm, and the development and utilization of sorghum by-products.
