茶禅文化既是中国茶文化的组成部分,也是禅思想的重要体现。茶与禅在相互融通的过程中逐步催生出了“茶禅一味”的审美理念,成为中国传统美学的特色命题。“茶禅一味”之美包含了三种层次的美:茶禅共通的本性“清苦”之美;心境上的正心、静心和平常心之美;妙悟所领会的精神自由、此岸人间和天人合一之美。“茶禅一味”蕴含了丰富的自然美学思想,肯定了生命本身的价值,是中华优秀传统文化的具体体现。

Tea Zen culture is not only an integral part of Chinese tea culture, but also an important manifestation of Zen thought. Tea and Zen gradually formed a "Aste Zen in Tea" aesthetic concept in the process of mutual integration. It has become the characteristic proposition of Chinese traditional aesthetics. The beauty of "Aste Zen in Tea" can be subdivided into three categories: the beauty of pureness and bitterness in the common nature of Tea and Zen;the beauty of the peacefulness, calmness, and normal state of the mind;as well as the beauty of the spiritual freedom, the world on this shore and harmony between Man and Nature, which is grasped by Miaowu(miraculous understanding). "Aste Zen in Tea", containing rich natural aesthetic ideas, and affirming the value of life itself, is the concrete embodiment of Chinese excellent traditional culture.
