摘要 背景:牙列缺损患者缺牙区的软硬组织不足是影响口腔种植治疗效果的重要因素,在拔牙后或种植体植入期间使用血小板浓缩物进行辅助治疗有望解决这一难题,改善口腔种植疗效。目的:本研究旨在通过检索近10年发表的有关血小板浓缩物在种植领域应用的文献,总结目前文献研究中的详细情况及研究热点,进而探索该领域研究的流行趋势,为该领域未来研究及发展方向提供指引和参考。方法:在Web of Science数据库核心合集中检索在2012-2021年间发表的有关血小板浓缩物在口腔种植领域应用的文献,将检出文献进行去重及筛选后,使用Citespace 5.8 R3软件对筛选后的文献进行关键词与文献共被引等情况的分析,并将分析结果进行可视化展示。结果与结论:本研究共纳入有效文献328篇。2012-2021年间,血小板浓缩物在口腔种植领域应用的文献数量在前期呈略微上升,而在后期趋于平稳。在本研究纳入的文献中,通过对关键词的使用频次分析、关键词的聚类分析以及高被引文献的分析可知,在2012-2021年间,该领域的研究中血小板浓缩物与“自体骨”的临床疗效受到了学界的较多关注;同时,血小板浓缩物中富含的多种“生长因子”的相关文章也逐年增加。在口腔种植相关研究中,组织工程常用种子细胞“间充质干细胞”、临床种植骨量不足的常用材料“膜”及常用增骨术式“上颌窦提升术”均与血小板浓缩物存在一定的研究热度。 Objective: The reduction of soft and hard tissue in the edentulous area of patients with dentition defects is one of the common factors affecting the performance of oral implantation. The use of platelet concentrates as adjuvant therapy after tooth extraction or during implant placement is expected to solve this problem and improve the efficacy of oral implantation. Objective: The purpose of this study is to search the literature on the application of platelet concentrates in the field of implantation published in the past 10 years, summarize the details and research hotspots in the current literature research, and explore the popular trend of research in this field, and provide a basis for the future research in this field, thereby providing guidelines and references. Methods: The core collection of Web of Science database was searched for literatures published between 2012 and 2021 concerning the application of platelet concentrates in the field of oral implantation. Analysis of keywords and literature co-citations, etc, and visualized display of the analysis results. Results and Conclusion: A total of 328 valid literatures were included in this study. From 2012 to 2021,the number of literatures on the application of platelet concentrates in the field of oral implantation showed a slight increase in the early stage and a stable trend in the later stage. In the literature included in this study, through the analysis of the frequency of keyword use, keyword cluster analysis and analysis of highly cited literature, it can be seen that from2012 to 2021, the clinical efficacy of platelet concentrate and "autologous bone" in this field has received more attention from the academic community. At the same time, articles related to the abundance of various "growth factors" in platelet concentrate have also increased year by year. In oral implant related research, the commonly used seed cell "mesenchymal stem cell " for tissue engineering, the commonly used material " membrane " for clinical implant bone volume deficiency, and the commonly used osteogenic surgical formula " maxillary sinus lift " all present a certain research heat with platelet concentrate.
