摘要
自体牙(Autogenous tooth)作为一种新型的骨移植材料,具有许多与骨组织相似的特性,包括骨诱导性、骨传导性及成骨作用。近年来,大量体内外实验均证实自体牙具有良好的成骨效果。与其他骨移植材料相比,自体牙抗原反应低,来源充足,制备方法相对简单,所需手术次数少,具有更明显的临床应用优势。本综述总结了自体牙的生物学特性、制备方法、临床应用等方面的研究现状,为后续深入探索自体牙的成骨机制提供理论基础。
As a new bone graft material,the autogenous tooth has many characteristics similar to bone tissue,including osteoconductivity,osteoinductivity,and osteogenicity.In recent years,in vivo and in vitro experiments have proved that autogenous tooth has an excellent osteogenic effect.Compared with other bone graft materials,the autogenous tooth has low antigen response,abundant source,relatively simple preparation method,fewer operation times,and more obvious advantages in clinical application.In this review,the biological characteristics,preparation methods,and clinical applications of the autogenous tooth were summarized to provide a theoretical basis for further exploration of the osteogenesis mechanism of the autogenous tooth.
