摘要
C/C-SiC复合材料是一种新型高性能陶瓷基摩擦材料,具有密度低、抗氧化性好、摩擦性能高且性能稳定等一系列优点,在汽车、高速列车、飞机等高能载制动领域具有广泛的应用前景。文章从制备工艺、摩擦机理、应用前景等方面,对C/C-SiC摩擦材料展开了系统论述,同时对存在的问题提出了建议。
Being a novel high performance ceramic-based friction resistant material,C/C-SiC composite material is characterized by its low density,high inoxidizability,excellent friction performance and high performance stability,and will find a wide application in high energy brake system for automobile,high speed train and airplane industries.This paper makes a systematic presentation of C/C-SiC friction materials in terms of preparation techniques,friction mechanism and application prospect,meanwhile offering suggestions on the open problems.
