铁路保温车聚脲弹性体材料的研究及应用

摘要 根据铁路保温车隔热保温、整体浇注地板代替粘接地板的技术要求,开展了原材料的筛选、各组成配比对材料性能的影响研究,优选了材料配方与制备工艺,对制备的聚脲弹性体材料进行了综合性能测试和实际应用。结果表明:A组分预聚体中N220与N330的质量比为4:1,NCO的质量分数控制在14.4%,B组分中端氨基聚醚D-2000与T-5000质量比为58:5,扩链剂E100和6200的质量比12:21,异氰酸酯指数控制在1.05时,制备的聚脲弹性体具有较优的综合性能,可达到铁路保温车对聚脲弹性体的技术要求。 According to the technical requirements on thermal insulation and replacement of bonded flooring with integrally sprayed flooring for railway thermal insulation vehicles,the influence of raw material screening and matching of each component on material properties is studied along with the optimization of material prescription,test of the overall performance and practical application of the prepared polyurea elastomer materials.Research results indicate that the prepared polyurea elastomers have comparatively excellent comprehensive properties and can meet the technical requirements on the polyurea elastomers for railway insulated vehicles when the mass ratio of N220 and N33O in prepolymer reaches 4:1 and NCO content held at 14.4%in Component A,and the mass ratio of D-2000 and T-5000 in amino-terminated polyether comes to 58:5,E100 and 6200 in chain extender achieves 12:21 and the isocyanate index stays at 1.05 in Component B.
