摘要
文章通过激光焊接接头试验,得出了激光焊焊缝质量与熔化焊焊缝质量在屈服应力及拉伸应力评价标准具有相似性的结论。通过基于激光焊接车体侧墙的研究,证明了激光焊接车体强度满足EN 12663-1的要求;激光焊接侧墙实物的平面度可达到2 mm/2000 mm,验证了激光焊接在电力机车车体上应用的可行性。
With the aid of the test of laser welded joint,the paper draws a conclusion that the laser welding quality is similar to the fusion welding quality in terms of the evaluation criteria of their yield stress and tensile stress.Research of the sidewall of the laser welded carbody indicates that the strength of the carbody satisfies the requirements specified in EN 12663-1,and the flatness of the physical sidewall processed with laser welding reaches 2 mm/2000 mm,confirming the applicability of laser welding process in the manufacture of electric locomotive carbody.
