中频感应淬火齿轮背齿回火缺陷研究与改进

摘要 针对不同模数中频感应淬火齿轮的背齿回火问题,采用统计学方法得出模数小于12 mm的齿轮易发生背齿回火缺陷,结合背齿回火缺陷形成的机理分析,讨论了产生背齿回火缺陷的原因;通过中频感应淬火对比试验,验证了不同工艺参数对背齿回火的改善效果,获得了改善模数小于12 mm齿轮背齿回火缺陷的工艺方案。 In regard to the tooth flank tempering on medium frequency induction hardened gears of different moduli,statistic methods tell that the gears with moduli less than 12mm tend to have defect of tooth flank tempering,the cause of such defect is discussed in combination with a mechanism analysis of the formation of the defect.The contrast test of medium frequency hardening operation verifies the improvement on tooth flank tempering with different process parameters and modified process programs against the defect of tooth flank tempering are obtained for gears with moduli less than 12 mm.
