摘要
高铁时代旅客的行为特征和出行需求发生了显著的改变,对高铁客站空间提出了新的需求。该文选取12座具有代表性的大型高铁客站,以旅客便捷出行的视角对旅客行为特征以及空间满意度评价进行研究,梳理空间使用的现状问题,为今后高铁客站空间模式优化提供基础数据及改进方向。
In the era of high-speed railway, the behavior characteristics and travel demands of passengers have changed significantly, which puts forward new demands for high-speed railway station space. In this paper, 12 representative large high-speed railway stations were selected to research the behavioral characteristics of passengers and spatial satisfaction evaluation from the perspective of convenient travel,in order to sort out the status quo of space use and to provide basic data and improvement direction for the future optimization of high-speed railway station space mode.
