购物中心生态型秀场空间特征研究

摘要 当前在电商冲击线下市场的背景下,越来越多的购物中心开始打造沉浸式生态场景空间来提升商业活力。该研究以国内典型的生态型秀场空间为研究对象,从生态型秀场的空间布局关系、空间序列、尺度、动线关系、功能组合等方面进行实地调查,对比分析梳理生态型秀场空间的基本特征和功能特征,并提出可行的设计建议,以期为今后我国购物中心的建设发展和电商时代下提升实体商业吸引力提供一定的参考。 At present, under the situation that e-commerce impacts the offline business, an increasing number of shopping centers are beginning to create immersive ecological scene space to enhance business vitality. In this study, the typical ecological show spaces in China are taken as research objects, and field investigation is conducted from the aspects of spatial layout relationship, spatial sequence, scale,moving line relationship, functional combination. The basic features and functional features of ecological show space are compared and analyzed, and feasible design suggestions are put forward, with a view to providing certain reference for the construction and development of shopping centers in China in the future and enhancing the commercial attraction of entities in the era of e-commerce.
