The Healing Gardens:A Study on the Restorative Features of Spiritual Landscapes

信仰景观是宗教与泛宗教信念与地域环境融合的人文景观,具有典型的心理慰藉属性。围绕信仰景观环境与人群健康之间的关联,概述了国内外学者基于身心康健、情感治愈和疲劳解乏等恢复性功能的信仰景观研究。指出传统信仰景观是现实环境与理想环境互为因借的疗愈天堂,其主体与客体融合的恢复性体验是一个身心涅槃的过程,因凭山水和亲近神佛的恢复性机制是科学性与宗教性的统一。

Spiritual landscapes combine rellgion or pan-religion faith with regional environment,and they are typical cultural landscapes which posess some paychological comfort properties.We discuss the relationship between splritual landscape environment and human phyaical and psychological health,more over,we summarize the prevlous researches of restorative environment such as health keeping,emotional healing,fatigue refresh,etc.both at home and abroad.And then we point out that spiritual landscapes are Testorative heavens in which real and ideal environment interacts.In summary,the environmental experlence of subject and objeat fusion is actually a process of Nirvana,and the restorative envlronment creative mechantsm of nature and faith afiliatlon 1s essentially a unity of sclence and rellgion.
