基于空间行为分析的老旧住区公共活动空间更新研究——以北京丰台区东高地生活区为例

Space Regeneration of Public Activities in Old Residential Areas Based on Spatial Behavior Analysis:A Case of Beijing East Highland Living Area in Fengtai District

城市发展已进入存量优化改造时代,提升空间品质是当下城市更新的重要手段。北京东高地生活区是形成于20世纪50年代的航天社区,位于旧城区。该文以北京“东高地生活区”为研究对象,梳理了空间行为分析相关理论,采用访谈和问卷相结合的调研方式分析了该地区不同年龄人群的空间行为规律,剖析了人群对该地区公共活动空间的需求,运用空间句法软件分析路网与活动场地的人群行为,总结出目前存在空间构成不完善,设施需求不匹配,文化氛围不浓厚等问题。以提升环境品质和发扬该地区航天文化为目的,构建了慢行步道系统,更新已有文化广场活动空间和区域文化节点,提升区域文化氛围,以期为同类型生活区公共空间未来发展提供参考。

Urban development has entered the era of stock optimization and transformation,and improving the quality of space is an important means of current urban renewal.Beijing Donggaodi Living Area is an aerospace industry formed in the 1950s,located in the old city.Taking the"Donggaodi Living Area"in Beijing as the research object,we sort out the relevant theories of spatial behavior analysis,use a combination of interviews and questionnaires to analyze the spatial behavior rules of people of different ages in this area,then we analyze the public activities of people in this area.Using space syntax software to analyze the crowd behavior of the road network and activity venues,it is concluded that there are problems such as imperfect spatial composition,mismatched facility requirements,and lack of strong cultural atmosphere.In order to improve the environmental quality and carry forward the culture in the area,a slow walking trail system is constructed,the existing cultural square activity space and regional cultural nodes are updated,and the regional cultural atmosphere is improved,so as to provide a reference for the future development of public space in the same type of living area.
