In order to monitor the safety level of ice cream paper tubes for food packaging in Chaozhou City and enhance the pertinality and effectiveness of the safety supervision of packaging materials for food contact,this paper conducted risk monitoring and analysis of ice cream paper tubes in Chaozhou city,hoping to provide some references for enterprises in the production process,provide suggestions for manufacturers and urge the regulatory authorities to better improve the monitoring mechanism.
