摘要
元宇宙兴起后,元宇宙空间的运营与管理成为核心问题。本文针对元宇宙内部的空间,采用定性比较分析对影响其空间运营的组态进行提炼和研究。通过对89个类元宇宙系统样本的数据进行收集,基于服务主导逻辑,从用户和企业两个角度对元宇宙的空间运营进行组态提炼。研究结果表明,元宇宙的空间运营不仅需要企业通过技术手段等对其内部的信息系统进行规范化引导与管理,为用户与环境交互提供更加良好的虚实空间,同时还要对企业和用户之间的关系进行相应调整,激活用户价值,并在揭示出元宇宙价值生产和传递过程的同时,也不能忽视企业自身应履行的权力和责任。本研究为与元宇宙相关的空间管理研究提供了一定的理论贡献和实践启发。
Consistent with the metaverse rising,the spatial operation and management of metaverse system has become a core issue.Thus,with focusing on influencing factors on metaverse spatial operation,this study relied on qualitative comparative analysis to detect configurations of metaverse spatial operation mechanisms.In accordance with 89 cased open-world digital games,configurations have been proposed from perspectives of users and corporations based on service-dominant logic.The results indicate that it is necessary to utilize technology to operate the space in metaverse,as well as adjust the relationship between the user and the corporation,with activating the user potential of value co-creation.Beside the explanation on the procedure into value creation and delivery,corporation should never ignore the rights and duties they must take.The results of this study contribute to the related research on metaverse and spatial operation.
