摘要
教师信念是教师专业发展的关键要素,也是教育质量提升的重要环节。通过对南疆120名幼儿园教师的调研发现:当前南疆幼儿园教师信念大致趋向开放,但也存在部分教师信念不明确、或传统功利等问题。为解决这些问题,应着重加强幼儿园教师职前的信念塑造和职后工作环境的建设。
Teachers’belief is the key element of teacher professional development,and also an important link in the improvement of education quality.Through the investigation of 120 kindergarten teachers in southern Xinjiang,it is found that the beliefs of kindergarten teachers in southern Xinjiang tend to be open,but there are also some problems such as some teachers’unclear beliefs or traditional utility.In order to solve these problems,we should focus on strengthening the construction of kindergarten teachers’pre-working beliefs and the construction of post-working environment.
