介绍了国内外星基增强系统的概况,并研究了基于卫星导航系统的性能评估技术,结合中国拥有完整知识产权的北斗星基增强导航系统的应用,设计并实现了一套基于北斗星基增强系统的性能评估系统,通过对位置和保护级进行解算,进而对精度、完好性、连续性及可用性等性能指标进行分析与评价。

The general situation of Satellite-Based Augmentation System at home and abroad is introduced, and the performance evaluation technology based on satellite navigation system is studied. Depend on the application of Beidou Satellite-Based Augmentation System, a performance evaluation system based on the Beidou Satellite-Based Augmentation System is designed and implemented. By calculating the location and protection level, the performance indicators such as accuracy, integrity,continuity and availability are analyzed and evaluated.
