中国共产党金融安全思想发展与历史经验——基于机器学习和主题模型的分析

Development Patterns of the CPC’s Financial Security Thought:Based on Machine Learning and Topic Modeling

党的二十大报告对于我国的金融安全工作提出了一系列新的要求,充分反映了党在新时代的金融安全思想。本文以建党以来重要历史文献为分析对象,借助机器学习和主题模型等文本分析工具,提炼出中国共产党发展历史中不同时期金融安全思想的主要内容,以剖析金融安全思想发展的经验与逻辑。研究发现,中国共产党各阶段的金融安全思想呈现出不同特点,但又收敛于坚持党的统一领导、促进经济健康发展、坚持金融对外开放、重视监管防范风险以及推动金融发展改革这五条历史经验,这五条经验与二十大金融安全思想高度统一。本文对经济金融思想史量化研究方法进行了探索,补充和完善了关于党的金融安全思想发展的研究。

The 20th National People’s Congress make new requests on financial security, which reflects CPC’s financial security thought in the new era.This paper extracts the main contents of the Party’s financial security thought in different periods in stages with the help of text analysis tools such as machine learning and theme models, in order to analyze the evolutionary laws and logic of the development of financial security thought.We find that the content of the Party’s financial security thought in each stage presents different characteristics, but converges on the consistent laws of adhering to the unified leadership of the Party, promoting healthy economic development, adhering to the opening-up of finance to the outside world, attaching importance to supervision and risk prevention, and promoting financial development and reform.The above-mentioned laws are highly unified with the financial security thoughts of the 20th National People’s Congress. This paper explores the quantitative research methods on the history of economic and financial thought, and complements and improves the research on the development of the Party’s financial security thought.
