An Analysis of Structural Contradiction of Employment in Hebei Province and Solution

就业是最大的民生,当前河北省就业结构性矛盾已成为就业领域的主要矛盾。文章在调查和查阅相关资料的基础上,采用比较、类比、系统分析以及定量分析与定性分析相结合等研究方法,深入总结和挖掘河北省就业形势现状、问题和就业结构特点,科学分析就业结构性矛盾的表现,剖析产生就业结构性矛盾的根源,提出破解就业结构性矛盾的对策建议。文章紧紧围绕河北省就业质量提升,解决就业不平衡不充分问题,深入实施就业优先战略,坚持把就业作为民生之本,完善就业创业支撑体系,优化就业结构,拓展就业渠道,努力实现更高质量和更加充分的就业。

Employment is the biggest livelihood of the people,and the current structural contradiction of employment in Hebei Province has already become the main contradiction in the field of employment.Being the problem-oriented,and based on the survey and access to relevant information,this paper adopts such research methods as comparison,analogy,systematic analysis and the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,summarizes and excavates the present employment situation,problems and characteristics of the employment structure in Hebei Province in an in-depth way,scientifically analyzes manifestations of the structural contradiction of employment,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the root causes of the structural contradiction of employment,and puts forward solution suggestions to solve the structural contradiction of employment.Focusing on the improvement of employment quality in Hebei Province,this paper tries to solve the problem of unbalanced and insufficient employment,deeply implements the employment priority strategy,insists on taking employment as the foundation of People’s livelihood,perfects the support system of employment and entrepreneurship,optimize the employment structure,and expand employment channels,in order to strive to achieve higher-quality and fuller employment.
