Current Situation and Optimization Path of Talents’ Ecological Environment in Hebei Province

党的二十大报告指出,要实施科教兴国战略,强化现代化建设人才支撑。新时代10年,党和国家事业取得历史性成就、发生历史性变革,人才资源作为经济社会发展第一资源的特征和作用更加明显,人才日益成为发展的核心竞争力。近年来,河北省在人才培养和人才引进中取得了很大成绩,人才生态环境不断优化,但依然存在一些不足,需进一步优化人才生态环境,不断加强改进育才、引才、用才工作,为加快建设经济强省、美丽河北提供战略支撑。

Over the past 10 years in the new era, China has made historic achievements and changes in its economic and social development, talents resources have had growingly obvious features and roles of the first resources of economic and social development, and talents have increasingly become the core competitiveness of development. In recent years, Hebei Province has made great achievements in the fostering and introduction of talents, and the ecological environment of talents has been continuously optimizing, but there are still some deficiencies. Therefore, it is necessary to further optimize the ecological environment of talents, and continually enhancing and improving the fostering, introduction and use of talents to provide strategic support for the accelerated construction of an economically strong province and a beautiful Hebei.
