中国古诗文中的葡萄意象对弘扬当代葡萄产业的借鉴

目前我国葡萄产业存在着对中华优秀传统文化传承不够、对中国古代诗文挖掘不足、在世界葡萄产业中的总体地位不强等问题。中国古代典籍中的葡萄意象丰富辽阔,通过对中国古代诗文中的葡萄藤架、葡萄果品、葡萄美酒、葡萄画图、葡萄礼赠等意象分类,挖掘出葡萄意象囊括闲适清幽的生活描摹、高洁人格的自我写照、多子多福的美好寓意、边关未收的家国惆怅等多维内涵,深度梳理中国葡萄及葡萄酒文化的传承体系,对打造具有中国特色、中国气派的葡萄酒系列品牌,弘扬带有中国传统风韵的葡萄酒文化,发展当代中国葡萄产业具有重要的借鉴意义。

At present, China’s grape industry has such problems as insufficient inheritance of the excellent Chinese traditional culture, insufficient excavation of the ancient Chinese poetry, and weak overall position in the world’s grape industry. The images of grapes in the ancient Chinese classics are rich and vast. By classifying the images of grape trellis, grape fruits, grape wine, grape paintings, and grape gifts in ancient Chinese poems, multi-dimensional connotations of the images of grapes are excavated, including descriptions of leisurely and quiet life, the self-portrait of noble and clean character, the beautiful implied meaning of more children and more happiness, and the nation-home melancholy of frontier junctures not recovered. It also deeply combs out the inheritance system of Chinese grape and wine culture, which has important reference significance for building wine series brands with Chinese characteristics and style, promoting the wine culture with Chinese traditional charm, and developing the contemporary Chinese grape industry.
