教育代际流动:理论、逻辑及实践转向

摘要 教育作为促进个人社会经济地位获得和代际流动的重要因素,受到学界广泛关注。功能主义认为教育是提高个人社会经济地位和实现代际阶层流动的重要因素,而冲突主义认为教育是优势阶层社会地位再生产的工具。教育代际流动的内在逻辑表明,先赋性因素、自致性因素和社会性因素不仅为个人代际流动奠定了基础条件,而且为社会的群体流动提供了可能的实现路径。通过发挥教育的育人功能、选拨功能和社会功能,为全体社会成员提供向上流动和实现自身价值的机会,推动形成群体流动的美好社会环境。 As an important factor in promoting the acquisition of individual socioeconomic status and intergenerational mobility, education has received extensive attention from the academic community. Functionalism believes that education is an important factor in improving individual socio-economic status and realizing intergenerational mobility, while conflict doctrine believes that education is a tool for the reproduction of social status of the dominant class. The internal logic of intergenerational mobility in education shows that ascribed factors, self-inducing factors and social factors not only lay the foundation for individual intergenerational mobility, but also provide a possible path for social group mobility. By exerting the educative function, choice function and social function of education, it provides opportunities for all members of society to move upward and realize their own values, and promote the formation of a beautiful social environment for group mobility.
