表面织构化磁流体滑动轴承的研究现状及进展

摘要 从磁流体滑动轴承的理论发展,影响磁流体滑动轴承性能的影响因素入手,重点阐述了磁场强度、纳米磁性颗粒和基载液对磁流体滑动轴承润滑性能的影响,并对磁流体滑动轴承的工程应用前景进行了评述;通过回顾表面织构的理论研究及减摩机理,对表面织构化滑动轴承润滑性能的研究现状进行了述评;结合表面织构和磁流体协同减摩作用的机理,指出当前表面织构化磁流体滑动轴承在润滑机理和试验研究方面存在的不足,提出后续应该重点研究表面织构和磁流体对滑动轴承的协同润滑效应,开展表面织构化磁流体滑动轴承的理论研究、数值仿真和试验测试。 Starting from the theoretical development of magnetofluidic sliding bearings and the factors affecting the performances of the bearings,the effects of magnetic field strength,nano-magnetic particles and base carrier fluid on lubricating properties of the bearings are illustrated emphatically,and the engineering application prospects of the bearings are reviewed.By retrospecting the theoretical research and anti-friction mechanism of surface texture,the research status of lubricating properties of surface-textured sliding bearings is summarized.Combined with mechanism of synergistic anti-friction effect of surface texture and magnetic fluid,the deficiencies in lubrication mechanism and experimental research of surface-textured magnetofluidic sliding bearings are pointed out.It is suggested that the following research should focus on synergistic lubrication effect of surface texture and magnetic fluid on sliding bearings,and carry out theoretical research,numerical simulation and experiment of surface-textured magnetofluidic sliding bearings.
