轴承钢球球面硬度修正值的验证及分析

摘要 选取轴承行业常用的3种轴承钢制造的不同直径成品钢球,用现行GB/T 230.1—2018《金属材料洛氏硬度试验第1部分:试验方法》中附录F给出的凸球面洛氏硬度C标尺的修正值计算公式计算钢球球面硬度修正值,得出的钢球硬度值与钢球磨面(平面)硬度进行对比。结果表明:按照GB/T 230.1—2018标准中附录F给出的凸球面洛氏硬度C标尺的修正值修正后,与所测钢球的平面硬度基本一致,验证了钢球修正值计算公式的正确性;同时,指出了轴承行业使用的行业热检标准给定的成品钢球表面硬度修正值存在的不足。 The finished steel balls with different diameters made of three kinds of bearing steels commonly used in bearing industry are selected,and the correcting values for spherical hardness of bearing steel balls are calculated using formula of correcting values of convex spherical Rockwell hardness C scale given in Appendix F of current GB/T 230.1—2018"metallic materials—Rockwell hardness test—Part 1:Test method",and the obtained hardness values are compared with grinding surface(plane)hardness of steel balls.The results show that:after correcting with values given in Appendix F,corrected hardness of steel balls are basically consistent with plane hardness of measured steel balls,verifying the correctness of the calculation formula;at the same time,the shortcomings of correcting values of surface hardness of finished steel balls given by the relevant standards used in bearing industry are pointed out.
