提高對乳腺MRI臨床應用價值的認識

Increasing Cognitions to Application Wlue of Clinical Breast MRI

磁共振成像正迅速成爲目前診斷原發性或復發性乳腺癌最敏感的方法,儘管這項技術有極其優越的診斷特點,但其臨床應用仍不盡人意,不像骨關節、腦和脊柱應用那麼廣泛。因此,我們綜述文獻,對乳腺MRI在臨床上的應用進行回顧,重點闡述了乳腺MRI新技術及其臨床應用價値。

Magnetic resonance(MR)imaging is emerging as the most sensitive modality that is currently available for the detection of primary or recurrent breast cancer.Although this technique has been shown to be an extremely powerful diagnostic tool,it is still relatively rarely used in clinical practice,as compared with other applications of MR imaging such as for musculoskeletal or brain and spine imaging.We provides an overview of the use of breast MR imaging in clinical applications by means ofsummarizing document.Some focusing discussion are provided on the many cognitions that exist regarding new techniques and application value of breast MR imaging.
