桉木半纤维素与苯氧乙醇作为化妆品成分的实验探究

摘要 以桉木预水解液为原料,采用醇沉法分离出半纤维素,并对半纤维素进行羧甲基化改性研究。通过响应曲面法获得最佳改性条件为反应温度65℃、碱用量1.5 g、氯乙酸用量1.37 g。对改性前后的半纤维素进行性能表征,结果显示改性成功,且二者的水解产物含有较多木糖。生物活性测定表明,改性后半纤维素的抗氧化性、吸湿保湿性以及抗菌性都有所提高。通过与苯氧乙醇复配使用,验证了多糖作为化妆品防腐剂使用的可行性。 The hemicellulose was isolated from eucalyptus pre-hydrolysate by the alcohol precipitation method,and the hemicellulose was modified by carboxymethylation. The optimum conditions for the modification were obtained by response surface methodology at 65 ℃, 1.5 g of alkali and 1.37 g of chloroacetic acid. The hemicellulose was characterised before and after modification and the results showed that the modification was successful, and the hydrolysis products of both contain more xylose. The bioactivity assay showed that the antioxidant, moisture-absorbing and moisturising properties as well as the antibacterial properties of the modified hemicellulose were improved. The feasibility of using polysaccharides as cosmetic preservatives was verified by using them in combination with phenoxyethanol.
