BCSC-1和E-钙黏蛋白在乳腺良恶性病变中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of BCSC-1 and E-cadherin in benign and malignant breast lesions

摘要 目的观察乳腺癌抑制候选物1(BCSC-1)和上皮性钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在乳腺纤维瘤和乳腺导管癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测40例乳腺纤维瘤组织和89例乳腺导管癌组织中BCSC-1和E-cadherin的表达并分析其相关性。结果在乳腺纤维瘤组织和乳腺导管癌组织中,BCSC-1的表达阳性率分别为82.50%和62.92%,乳腺纤维瘤组阳性率高于乳腺导管癌组(P<0.05);E-cadherin的表达阳性率分别为85.00%和66.29%,乳腺纤维瘤组阳性率高于乳腺导管癌组(P<0.05)。BCSC-1表达与乳腺癌临床特征分析表明,BCSC-1的表达在淋巴结转移患者中阳性率(18.75%)显著低于无淋巴结转移患者(72.60%)(P<0.01);BCSC-1的表达在Ⅰ期中阳性率(86.96%)显著高于Ⅱ期及以上患者阳性率(54.55%)(P<0.01)。Spearman等级相关分析结果表明,BCSC-1的表达与E-cadherin的表达存在正相关(乳腺纤维瘤组r=0.7558;乳腺导管癌组r=0.7162)。结论BCSC-1和E-cadherin的表达在乳腺导管癌中均下降,且二者表达存在正相关关系,在乳腺癌发生过程中可能发挥协同作用。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of breast cancer suppressor candidate 1(BCSC-1)and E-cadherin in breast fibroma and ductal carcinoma.Methods The expression of BCSC-1 and E-cadherin in 40 cases of breast fibroma and 89 cases of breast duct cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry and their correlation was analyzed.Results The positive rates of BCSC-1 expression in breast fibroma and breast ductal carcinoma were 82.50%and 62.92%respectively.The positive rate in breast fibroma group was higher than that in breast ductal carcinoma group(P<0.05);The positive rates of E-cadherin expression were 85.00%in breast fibroma and 66.29%in breast ductal carcinoma respectively.The positive rate of breast fibroma group was higher than that of breast ductal carcinoma group(P<0.05).The analysis of BCSC-1 expression and clinical characteristics of breast cancer showed that the positive rate of BCSC-1 expression in patients with lymph node metastasis(18.75%)was significantly lower than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(72.60%)(P<0.01);The positive rate of BCSC-1 expression in stage I patients(86.96%)was significantly higher than that in stage II patients(54.55%)(P<0.01).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expression of BCSC-1 was positively correlated with the expression of E-cadherin(r=0.7558 in breast fibroma group;r=0.7162 in breast fibroma group).Conclusion BCSC-1 and E-cadherin expression decreased in ductal carcinoma of breast,and there was a positive correlation between the two expression,which may play a synergistic role in the development of breast cancer.
