变电站10kV开关机械转运小车结构优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 在对变电站10kV线路的开关进行停电检修或者试验时需要运维人员使用转运小车将其转移到合适的地点进行工作。传统意义上的转运小车在结构设计上仍存在着缺陷和明显不足,运维人员在操作转运小车的过程中视线不好,操作不方便,导致工作效率低。对现有的开关转运小车进行改进,在10kV开关转运小车上设计一个潜望镜。现有的开关转运小车在将开关转运至开关柜时需要2个人配合操作,耗时约2min,改进之后的转运小车只需要1个人,约30s就可以完成操作,工作效率提高了将近8倍,工作效率的提高,不仅保障了变电站运维人员的人身及设备安全,还提高了电网的安全可靠性。而且可以在现有的转运小车上进行改进,成本低,可在全行业进行推广。 Operation and maintenance personnel need to use transfer trolley to transfer the10kV line switch to a suitable location for power failure maintenance or test.In the traditional sense,there are still defects and obvious deficiencies in the structural design of the transfer trolley.In the process of operating the transfer trolley,the operation and maintenance personnel have poor vision and incovenient operation,resulting in low work efficiency.A periscope is designed on the 10kV switch transfer trolley.The switch of the existing transport vehicles when the switch will be transferred to the switchgear need two people to cooperate with operation,it took about 2min to improve transport after the car need only one individual,about 30s can complete the operation,work efficiency raised nearly eight times,improve work efficiency,not only guarantee the substation operations staff personal and equipment safety,also improve the safety and reliability of the power grid.And can be improved on the existing transport car,low cost,can be promoted in the whole industry.
