金属薄壁结构在高速流动下热声响应特性分析方法

摘要 针对航空发动机薄壁结构在高速流动下热声响应问题,采用有限体积法进行流体计算,有限元法进行结构计算,耦合FEM/BEM法进行声场计算。针对高温合金GH188四端固支薄壁板,考虑航空发动机典型工况,计算在热声流联合作用下结构动力学响应。开展四端固支金属薄壁板热声试验,进行数值模拟对比验证,证明了仿真方法的有效性。计算高速流动下金属薄壁结构热声响应,通过薄壁板应力功率谱密度(PSD)与应变响应,与无流动下薄壁板热声响应进行对比分析,研究高速流动对薄壁板动力响应的影响。为之后开展高速流动下热声响应特性分析提供参考依据。 In order to solve the problem of thermal acoustic stress of thin wall structure of aeroengine under high-speed flow,finite volume method was used for fluid calculation,finite element method for structure calculation and coupled FEM/BEM method for sound field calculation. Considering the typical working conditions of aero-engine,the dynamic response of the structure under the action of thermo-acoustic flow was calculated. The validity of the simulation method is proved by the thermal acoustic test and the comparison of numerical simulation. The thermal acoustic response of metal thin-wall structure under high speed flow was calculated. Through PSD and strain response,the thermal acoustic response of thin-wall was compared with that under no flow,and the influence of high speed flow on the dynamic response of thin-wall was analyzed. It provides a reference for the analysis of thermal acoustic response characteristics under high-speed flow.
