摘要 针对机电设备关键部件的故障频发问题,以故障振动信号采集、处理、分析为方法,以提高故障诊断准确率为目标,通过振动采集模块软硬件结构设计与开发、下位机与上位机控制编程,设计了一套基于LabVIEW诊断平台的机电设备振动测试系统。通过系统联调,进行振动测试实验,在四个通道实时显示振动数据,观察振动信号幅值和相位,反映设备故障特征。通过与MATLAB软件数据处理对比分析,所开发的系统操作捷性、可视化程度更高,在振动测试方面可行性和实用性更强,应用于工业现场加工过程,可实现机电设备振动信号的在线监测与故障分析。 Aiming at the problem of frequent failures of key components of electromechanical equipment,a vibration test system based on LabVIEW diagnostic platform is designed through the design and development of software and hardware structure of vibration acquisition module,programming of lower and upper computer control,with the method of fault vibration signal acquisition,processing and analysis,and the goal of improving the accuracy of fault diagnosis. Through system interconnection,vibration test experiments are conducted,and vibration data are displayed in four channels in real time to observe the vibration signal amplitude and phase and reflect the equipment fault characteristics. Through the comparison and analysis with MATLAB software data processing,the developed system has a higher degree of operational simplicity and visualization,and is more feasible and practical in vibration testing,which can be applied to the industrial field processing process to realize online monitoring and fault analysis of vibration signals of electromechanical equipment.
