办公建筑海绵城市改造方案研究及实践

Research and Practice on Sponge City Renovation Design of Office Buildings

国家迈入“十四五”以来,大力推进城市更新改造,生态环保理念必会融入其中。而在大量城市的公共建筑区改造建设中,海绵系统是其中重要的部分,也是城市更新建设的一项主要任务。文章从海绵城市的发展及其技术性出发,简要分析了在办公建筑类海绵城市改造过程中的设计方案以及相关的实施对策,并以北方某办公建筑园区海绵城市改造工程项目为例,对其目前存在的问题进行分析,针对性地提出方案技术措施,为现有城市办公建筑园区的海绵化改造提供设计思路及实践案例。

Since China entered the"14th Five-Year Plan",urban renewal and transformation have been vigorously promoted,and the concept of ecological protection has been incorporated into it.In the renovation of a large number of public building areas in the city,Sponge City system is important part and major task of urban renewal construction.Based on the development and technology of Sponge City,this paper briefly analyzes the design scheme and relevant implementation countermeasures in the process of Sponge City renovation of office buildings.Taking the Sponge City renovation project of an office building park in the north as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward specific schemes and technical measures,which could provide design ideas and practical cases for the Sponge City transformation of the existing urban office building parks.
