Accessibility Evacuation Strategies for People with Disabilities at the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Hotels

对于北京冬奥会和冬残奥会的住宿酒店来说,完善残障人士的无障碍疏散是住客的基本安全保障。本文通过对国内外新型高层酒店疏散策略和设施的梳理与总结,针对北京冬奥会和冬残奥会住宿酒店,提出酒店残障人士无障碍疏散方案,以期完善北京市无障碍系统化设计体系,为探索北京残障人群疏散的无障碍环境建设提供参考。

For accommodation hotels for the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games,improving the barrier-free evacuation of disabled people is the basic safety guarantee for guests.The article introduces and summarizes the evacuation strategies and facilities of new high-rise hotels at home and abroad,and proposes a barrier-free evacuation plan for the disabled people in the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games,in order to improve the barrier-free systematic design system of Beijing,which could provide reference for exploring the construction of barrier-free environment for the evacuation of disabled people in Beijing.
