In order to strengthen the effect of construction engineering management and promote the stable and sustainable development of the construction industry,this paper analyzes the current development status of the construction industry,takes the necessity of innovative construction engineering management mode as the entry point,combines with actual project cases,analyzes the shortcomings of construction management,puts forward several innovation paths of project management and forecasts the development trend of innovative mode of construction engineering management,which could provide reference for relevant practitioners.
