单位大院型历史文化街区的保护更新策略初探--以九江老地委大院为例

作为特定时期的历史见证,单位大院型历史文化街区具有独特的历史价值、自成体系的内部空间,也承载着单位职工的情感记忆。在社会经济转型的大背景下,这类街区面临功能转变、管理缺位、物质性衰败等突出问题。在延续历史文脉、提升城市品质的要求下,应当关注其遗产属性,挖掘保护大院独特的历史和风貌;应当立足城市需求,开放优化大院存量设施,修补城市功能;应当引导社区治理主体从单位转向社会和市场,保障大院长远可持续发展。

Under the background of social and economic transformation, such regions are faced with such prominent problems as function transformation, absence of management and material decline. In order to continue the historical context and improve the quality of the city, we should pay attention to its heritage attributes, explore and protect the unique history and features of the compound, open and optimize the existing facilities of the compound based on the needs of the city, and repair the functions of the city. The main body of community governance should be shifted from the unit to society and the market to ensure the long-term sustainable development of the compound.
