液体脂肪酶法制备脂肪酸甲酯的条件优化

摘要 以液体脂肪酶催化地沟油制备脂肪酸甲酯。以酯化率为考核指标,在单因素试验基础上,通过响应面法优化制备工艺参数。结果表明:以地沟油质量为基准,最佳工艺参数为醇油摩尔比5.18∶1、加酶量5.04%、加水量0.08%,在此条件下获得实际酯化率为88.35%。液体脂肪酶法制备脂肪酸甲酯,具有安全环保、反应条件温和、酶用量少、生产成本低等优点。 Fatty acid methyl esters were prepared from gutter oil catalyzed by liquid lipase.Taking the esterification rate as the evaluation index,the preparation process parameters were optimized by response surface methodology on the basis of single factor test.The results showed that based on the mass of gutter oil,the optimum process parameters were the molar ratio of alcohol to oil 5.18∶1,the amount of enzyme 5.04%,and the amount of water 0.08%.Under these conditions,the actual esterification rate was 88.35%.The preparation of fatty acid methyl ester by liquid lipase had the advantages of safety and environmental protection,mild reaction conditions,low enzyme consumption and low production cost.
