摘要
以分蘖洋葱为原料,研究微波辅助有机溶剂法提取分蘖洋葱精油工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法优化提取工艺。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为液料比8.2∶1(mL/g)、微波功率401 W、微波时间7.3 min、微波温度30.2℃,在此工艺条件下,分蘖洋葱精油得率可达0.461%。
Using tillering onion as raw material,the microwave assisted organic solvent method was used to extract the essential oil from tillering onion.On the basis of single factor experiment,response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were the liquid-to-material ratio 8.2∶1(mL/g),microwave power 401 W,microwave time 7.3 min and microwave temperature 30.2℃.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of tillering onion essential oil was 0.461%.
