摘要
以油茶籽粕为原料,在单因素试验的基础上,通过响应面法优化超高压提取茶皂素的工艺条件。结果表明:超高压提取茶皂素的最佳工艺条件为提取压力308 MPa、提取时间8.5 min、乙醇体积分数65%、料液比1∶20(g/mL),在此条件下茶皂素得率为19.87%。
Using Camellia oleifera seed meal as raw material,on the basis of single factor experiment,the process conditions of ultra-high pressure extraction of tea saponin were optimized by response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of tea saponin by ultrahigh pressure were as follows:extraction pressure 308 MPa,extraction time 8.5 min,ethanol volume fraction 65%,material liquid ratio 1∶20(g/mL).Under these coditions,the yield of tea saponin was 19.87%.
