文冠果叶总皂苷的减脂保健功效研究 被引量:2

摘要 以高脂饲料喂养小鼠,建立高血脂症模型。以奥利司他为阳性对照,以小鼠体质量和血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)浓度为评定指标,研究不同剂量文冠果叶总皂苷对小鼠的减脂保健功效,并分析其对小鼠体内胰脂肪酶(PL)活力的抑制作用。结果表明:与阳性对照组相比,文冠果叶总皂苷高剂量组(200 mg/kg)的小鼠体质量无显著差别(P>0.05);与模型对照组相比,高剂量组和阳性对照组小鼠血清的TG、TC、LDL-C浓度均显著降低,且HDL-C浓度极显著升高;高剂量组的小鼠血清PL抑制率最高为64.89%±0.02%,肝脏PL抑制率为52.84%±0.11%;而阳性对照组对血清PL的抑制率最高为67.06%±0.06%,对肝脏PL的抑制率为56.51%±0.09%。表明高剂量组的文冠果叶总皂苷含量对小鼠具有良好的降脂效果,且其对小鼠体内PL活力也具有较好的抑制作用。 The hyperlipidemia model was established by feeding mice with high-fat diet.With orlistat as the positive control,the body weight of mice and the concentrations of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)in serum were used as evaluation indicators to study the effect of total saponins from Xanthoceras Sorbifolia Bunge leaves at different doses on reducing fat in mice,and their inhibitory effect on the activity of pancreatic lipase(PL)in mice was analyzed.The results showed that compared with the positive control group,the body mass of mice in the high dose group(200 mg/kg)of total saponins from Xanthoceras Sorbifolia Bunge leaves had no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with the model control group,the concentrations of TG,TC,LDL-C in mice serum in the high dose group and the positive control group were significantly reduced,and the concentrations of HDL-C were significantly increased.The highest inhibition rate of serum PL was 64.89%±0.02%and that of liver PL was 52.84%±0.11%in the high dose group.The highest inhibition rate of serum PL was 67.06%±0.06%and the inhibition rate of liver PL was 56.51%±0.09%in the positive control group.It showed that the content of total saponins of Xanthoceras Sorbifolia Bunge leaves in the high dose group had good effect on reducing lipid and inhibiting the PL activity in mice.
