摘要
以西安市28家民办幼儿园为样本,分别从民办幼儿园管理者和民办幼儿教师角度考察了民办幼儿园劳动关系的现状,并对影响民办幼儿园劳动关系的相关因素进行了回归分析。研究发现,当前民办幼儿园劳动关系满意度偏低,工资收入、福利待遇、劳动强度和工会组建等因素对民办幼儿园劳动关系有显著影响。据此,提出了加强对民办幼儿教师的制度供给、完善民办幼儿园管理制度、发挥工会组织的协调作用等改善劳动关系的具体建议。
Based on the survey of 28 private Kindergartens in Xi’an, this paper inspects on the labor relations of private kindergartens from perspectives of their organizers and teachers and conducts regression analysis of factors influencing labor relations of private kindergartens. It found that, the degree of labor relations satisfaction is below the average and there are 4 key factors affecting the labor relations of private kindergartens, such as salary level, welfare treatment, labor intensity and participating in the trade union. Specific suggestions, thus, have been proposed such as strengthening institutional supply for private kindergarten teachers, perfecting the private kindergarten management system, and giving full play to the coordinating role of the trade unions.
